Belstack Strawberry Farm

Ph : 0429 385 284

The Farmhouse, Farmstay Accommodation. Presently unavailable due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Farmhouse at Belstack Strawberry Farm gives you the experience of living on a working farm. Enjoy the strawberry fields by picking your own delicious chemical free fruit and join Pete for a guided tour. There is a solar heated indoor natural ionised pool to enjoy from October to April. There is plenty of room for the kids to ride their bikes, bushwalk, fish in the Goulburn River and join in the farm activities of feeding the chooks and collecting their eggs and rounding up the sheep.

The Farmhouse comfortably sleeps 8 people, so a couple of families, a couple of generations or a group of workmates or friends are very well suited. (Be honest with the number of people you are booking in. We are on a farm so our septic, rainwater and rubbish removal cannot cope if you sneak in 3 families with 12 people+!) A list of names of all guests staying is required for our Fire Plan.

"We wanted an EXPERIENCE so took the granddaughters and their parents to this lovely peaceful setting. More than enough room for the 7 of us.The girls loved picking fresh strawberries for breakfast each day, feeding the chooks and collecting the eggs. Pete took us all for a tour of the farm, rounded up the sheep and alpaca, feeding the sheep with hay, riding on the tractor etc, even saw kangaroos in the paddocks. Very enjoyable experience for all."

"What an amazing experience we had with Pete and Marg during our stay at Belstack Strawberry Farm. Our daily routine started with feeding sheep, chooks, picking strawberries and fresh farm eggs for breakfast. It was a quiet and serene location with bushwalking and beautiful indoor pool. On our last day we had yummy scones with Belstack strawberry jam for breakfast at the cafe."

"We had a fantastic time during our stay at Belstack. Pete and Marg were so lovely and helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved feeding the sheep and collecting the eggs every morning, swimming in the pool, playing mini golf and making use of the huge yard. We also enjoyed scones and milkshakes in the cafe! Great family getaway. Thanks so much for everything Pete and Marg."

We stayed at Belstack on Queens Birthday long weekend. You may think what's there without strawberries? Well, we had lots of activities! Peter showed us around the farm; we fed sheep, chooks and rabbits. Our toddlers had a chance to pet them. Peter told us about his environmentally friendly green ways he runs his farm with, and about its history. We had scones for morning tea at Farm cafe. There's lots of jars with produce for sale. Best thing is you can pay wave with card or phone. Everything was in close proximity to the house. In the house, the mattresses were very comfy, rooms warm, and kitchen very convenient. There's no wi-fi, but you don't need it. As you can spend all day outside. You can go bushwalking. That weekend, the dog sled racing was also on. And the track is very close to the farm. Get up at 7.00 am and go watch it, it was very interesting. Shepparton is only 10 mins away, for supermarket shopping. We also took our toddlers to Victoria Lake Park playground. It is a beautiful area. I highly recommend!
