Join Master jam maker Pete for a day of learning how to make yummy jams. Using Belstack strawberries and blackberries you will be guided through the process of cooking them into jam. You will also learn how to make jam without sugar, using xylitol.
Classes are held on weekends in July, August and September in two sessions, the morning or afternoon. Evening classes run all year.
Price includes instruction, tips and recipes and strawberry and blackberry jam to take home, plus some to try on scones with cream and a tea or coffee as a reward after cooking.
